INAUGURATION OF THE LAND ROVER CLUB OF CAMBODIA

The Land Rover Club of Cambodia officiated its launch on 2-3 December 2018 in Ratanakiri, in partnership with the AIRAVATA Elephant Foundation. 12x “Founding” Club members and 2x “Honorary” Club members participated in the event, which included off-road driving and a variety of activities with the Foundation’s elephants.

Land Rover Cambodia (a division of the RMA Group), through its Club, took a conscious decision to partner with AIRVATA to deliver a long term and strategic vision of embracing and acknowledging Cambodian Culture and Tradition – in which elephants have played a significant, traditional role over the centuries.

Furthermore, through Land Rover Cambodia and Land Rover Club member donations towards the Foundation, the Land Rover Club of Cambodia supports the Vision of AIRVATA, which is: to save and preserve the few remaining domestic elephants in the Ratanakiri province; to increase the elephant population; to offer domestic elephants that have been badly treated a better life by having them live in their natural habitat; & to preserve Khmer culture and the environment.

IMPROVED REFINEMENT, LUXURY AND CAPABILITY FOR RANGE ROVER

A significant introduction to the 2017 Range Rover is the addition of the new InControl Touch Pro infotainment system, extensively developed with a range of new features. Commute mode automatically learns frequently used routes, and recommends the best route dependent on live traffic data. The door-to-door routing function system allows customers to set a destination on the Land Rover-dedicated Route Planner app that will then navigate you to the vehicle, before transferring further directions to the in-vehicle system.
